Accessing Billing Settings

Go to Settings

Click your profile icon in the top right, then select "Settings".

Select Billing

Click on "Billing" from the settings menu to access subscription and payment settings.

Note: Only organization owners can access billing settings and make changes to subscriptions.

Upgrading Your Plan

Go to Billing Settings

Navigate to Settings → Billing to view available plans.

Choose Your Plan

Review the available plans and select the one that fits your needs. Click "Upgrade" or "Subscribe" on your chosen plan.

Enter Payment Information

Provide your payment details through our secure Stripe checkout. We accept all major credit cards.

Confirm and Activate

Review your subscription details and confirm. Your new plan activates immediately, and you'll have access to all features.

Managing Your Subscription

Updating Payment Method

To update your credit card or payment information:

  1. Go to Settings → Billing
  2. Click "Update Payment Method"
  3. Enter your new payment details
  4. Click "Save" to update

Your new payment method will be used for all future charges.

Viewing Billing History

Access all your past invoices and payments:

  • Go to Settings → Billing
  • Scroll to "Billing History" section
  • View or download past invoices
  • See payment dates and amounts

Changing Plans

You can upgrade or downgrade at any time:

  • Upgrading: Takes effect immediately, prorated billing
  • Downgrading: Takes effect at end of current billing period
  • No penalties for changing plans
  • Keep all your data when changing plans

Canceling Your Subscription

If you need to cancel:

  1. Go to Settings → Billing
  2. Click "Cancel Subscription"
  3. Confirm cancellation
  4. Access continues until end of billing period

⚠️ After cancellation, your subscription will end at the end of the billing period. Your data is preserved, but you'll lose access to paid features.

Understanding Your Bill

Per-User Pricing

Ralivi charges per active user per month:

  • Active users are team members who can log in
  • Billing adjusts automatically as you add/remove users
  • Prorated charges for mid-cycle changes
  • No charge for deactivated users

Usage-Based Charges

Some features have usage-based pricing:

  • Phone & SMS: Charged per minute/message via Twilio
  • Phone Numbers: Monthly rental fee per number
  • Usage charges appear on your monthly invoice
  • View detailed usage in Twilio console

Billing Cycle

Ralivi bills monthly on the anniversary of your subscription start date. For example, if you subscribe on January 15th, you'll be billed on the 15th of each month.

Payment Security

Stripe Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor trusted by millions of businesses worldwide.

No Stored Card Details

Ralivi never stores your credit card information. All payment data is securely stored by Stripe.

Encrypted Transactions

All payment transactions are encrypted using industry-standard SSL/TLS encryption.

Common Questions

Do you offer a free trial?

Yes! We offer a 14-day free trial of any plan. No credit card required to start your trial.

What happens if my payment fails?

We'll send you an email notification and retry the payment. If payment fails after multiple attempts, your subscription will be suspended, but your data is preserved. You can reactivate by updating your payment method.

Do you offer annual billing?

Yes! Annual billing is available with a 20% discount. Contact our sales team to set up annual billing.

Can I get a refund?

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. Contact support within 30 days of your first payment for a full refund.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) through Stripe. Enterprise customers can arrange for invoice billing.
