The Calendar keeps your schedule organized and synced with Google Calendar. View your events, schedule meetings, and manage your time without leaving Ralivi.
Switch between three different views to see your schedule the way you prefer:
See your entire month at a glance. Perfect for long-term planning and spotting busy periods.
Focus on the current week with more space for event details. Ideal for weekly planning.
See a single day broken down by hour. Perfect for detailed daily scheduling.
Click any day in Month or Week view, or any time slot in Day view. You can also click the "+ Create Event" button in the top right.
The create event modal opens with these fields:
Click "Create Event" to save. The event is immediately synced to your Google Calendar and appears in both places.
Tip: When you click a specific time in Day view, that time is automatically pre-filled in the event form.
Click any event on the calendar to see its full details:
Title, description, date, time, and duration.
Physical address or virtual meeting link.
List of people invited to the event.
Direct link to view or edit in Google Calendar.
Use the arrow buttons (← and →) to move backward or forward in time. In Month view, this moves by month. In Week view, by week. In Day view, by day.
The view switcher in the top right lets you toggle between Month, Week, and Day views. Your preference is remembered as you navigate.
The current day is always highlighted with a blue ring, making it easy to orient yourself in the calendar.
Your Ralivi calendar is fully synced with Google Calendar:
Events created in Ralivi appear in Google Calendar, and events created in Google Calendar appear in Ralivi. Changes sync automatically.
When you or someone else updates an event in Google Calendar, the changes appear in Ralivi within minutes.
Regular events, all-day events, recurring events, and meeting invitations all sync correctly between both calendars.
Give events clear, descriptive titles so you can quickly identify them in any view.
Always include location information, whether it's a physical address or a video call link. This helps you and attendees know where to go.
Add meeting agendas, preparation notes, or important details in the description field.
When you have a packed schedule, switch to Day view to see exactly how your time is allocated hour by hour.
When scheduling meetings with contacts, add their email as an attendee. This creates a connection between the event and their contact record.
