The Dashboard is your daily starting point in Ralivi. It automatically analyzes your deals, emails, and activities to surface the most important actions you should take today.
Ralivi continuously analyzes your deals, looking at factors like:
Three key metrics at the top of your dashboard:
Each action card shows:
Click "Do it now" to jump directly to the deal where you can take action - send an email, make a call, or update the deal status.
Click "Open deal" to view the full deal details, history, and all related information before taking action.
After completing an action, click "Mark as Done" to remove it from your dashboard. This helps improve future suggestions.
If a suggestion isn't helpful, click the X button to remove it. You can optionally provide feedback to help improve future suggestions.
Critical actions that need immediate attention. Usually deals at risk or time-sensitive opportunities.
Important actions that should be completed today. Deals showing engagement or nearing decision points.
Moderate priority actions. Deals with recent activity that could benefit from follow-up.
Lower priority actions. Deals that are progressing normally without urgent needs.
Use the tabs at the top of the action board to filter by category:
High and urgent priority actions. Start here each morning to tackle your most important tasks.
Medium priority deals with recent engagement. Good for maintaining momentum on active opportunities.
Deals you haven't contacted in 14+ days. Prevent deals from going cold by checking this regularly.
Check your dashboard first thing each morning to prioritize your day and tackle urgent actions.
Mark actions as done or remove unhelpful suggestions. This helps provide better recommendations over time.
The dashboard updates automatically as new emails arrive and deals progress. Check back periodically for new suggestions.
Always tackle urgent and high-priority actions first. These represent your biggest risks and opportunities.
