Multiple Email Accounts

You can connect multiple email accounts to Ralivi. This is useful if you:

  • Have both personal and work email addresses
  • Manage multiple brands or businesses
  • Want to separate different types of communications
  • Use both Gmail and Outlook

How It Works

  • All connected accounts appear in one unified inbox
  • Filter by specific account using the dropdown
  • Replies are sent from the account that received the email
  • Each account can have different visibility settings

Managing Visibility

Control who on your team can see emails from each connected account:

All Members (Default)

By default, all team members can see emails from connected accounts. This is best for shared inboxes and team collaboration.

Specific Members Only

Restrict access to specific team members. Useful for:

  • Personal email accounts
  • Sensitive communications
  • Department-specific inboxes
  • Executive or leadership emails

To change visibility: Go to Settings → Email Integration, find the account, and click "Visibility" to manage access.

Disconnecting an Account

If you need to disconnect an email account:

  1. Go to Settings → Email Integration
  2. Find the account under "Connected Accounts"
  3. Click "Disconnect"
  4. Confirm the disconnection

Note: Disconnecting an account will stop syncing new emails, but existing email history in Ralivi will remain visible.

Security & Privacy

OAuth 2.0 Authentication

Ralivi uses industry-standard OAuth 2.0. We never see or store your email password.

Encrypted Storage

All email data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Your communications are secure.

Revocable Access

You can revoke Ralivi's access at any time through your Google or Microsoft account settings.

Granular Permissions

Ralivi only requests the minimum permissions needed. We don't access other Google or Microsoft services.
