Overview

Organization settings let you manage your business details, customize fields for contacts and deals, and configure how your CRM works for your specific needs.

What You Can Configure

  • Organization name and industry
  • Website, phone, and address
  • Custom fields for contacts
  • Custom fields for deals
  • Organization logo (displayed throughout the app)

Accessing Organization Settings

Go to Settings

Click your profile icon in the top right, then select "Settings" from the dropdown menu.

Select Organization

Click on "Organization" from the settings menu to access organization-wide settings.

Note: Only organization owners and admins can modify organization settings. Members can view but not edit these settings.

Basic Information

Organization Name

Your organization name appears throughout the app:

  • In the organization switcher
  • On team invitations
  • In email signatures
  • On shared booking calendars

Industry

Select your industry to help Ralivi provide relevant features and suggestions. Available industries include:

  • Technology
  • SaaS
  • E-commerce
  • SEO Agency
  • Marketing Agency
  • Finance
  • Healthcare
  • Retail
  • Manufacturing
  • Education
  • Real Estate
  • Construction / Tradies
  • Consulting
  • Other

Contact Information

Add your business contact details:

  • Website: Your company website URL
  • Phone: Main business phone number
  • Address: Physical business address

These details can be used in email signatures and other customer-facing communications.

Custom Fields

Custom fields let you track additional information specific to your business. You can create custom fields for both contacts and deals.

Contact Custom Fields

Add fields to track additional contact information such as:

  • Department or job title
  • LinkedIn profile URL
  • Birthday or anniversary
  • Preferred communication method
  • Customer segment or category

Custom contact fields appear on contact detail pages and can be used in filters and reports.

Deal Custom Fields

Add fields to track deal-specific information such as:

  • Contract type or terms
  • Competitor information
  • Budget range
  • Decision maker
  • Implementation timeline

Custom deal fields appear on deal detail pages and help you track information relevant to your sales process.

Field Types

Custom fields support various data types:

  • Text: Short text input (names, URLs, etc.)
  • Number: Numeric values (budget, quantity, etc.)
  • Date: Date picker for deadlines or milestones
  • Dropdown: Select from predefined options
  • Checkbox: Yes/no or true/false values
  • Long Text: Multi-line text for notes

Organization Logo

Your organization logo appears throughout Ralivi to personalize your workspace and customer-facing materials.

  • Organization switcher in the sidebar
  • Team member invitations
  • Shared booking calendar pages
  • Email signatures (if configured)
  • Organization settings page

💡 Logo Best Practices

  • Use a square or circular logo for best results
  • Recommended size: 200x200 pixels or larger
  • Supported formats: PNG, JPG, SVG
  • Use a transparent background for PNG files
  • Keep file size under 1MB for fast loading

Saving Changes

Make Your Changes

Update any fields you want to change. You can modify multiple fields before saving.

Click "Save Changes"

Click the "Save Changes" button at the bottom of the page to save all your updates.

Your changes are applied immediately and visible to all team members.

Regularly update your organization details to ensure accuracy in customer-facing communications.

Common Questions

Can I change my organization name?

Yes, organization owners and admins can change the organization name at any time. The change takes effect immediately for all team members.

What happens to existing data when I add custom fields?

Existing contacts and deals won't have values for new custom fields until you add them. The fields will appear as empty on existing records.

Can I delete custom fields?

Yes, but be careful - deleting a custom field will remove all data stored in that field across all contacts or deals. This action cannot be undone.

Who can see organization settings?

All team members can view organization settings, but only owners and admins can make changes. This ensures everyone knows the organization details while maintaining control over modifications.
