If your calendar events are not appearing in Ralivi or sync has stopped, follow these steps to fix the problem.
Navigate to Settings → Calendar Integration to view your connection status.
Check if Google Calendar shows as connected. If disconnected, click "Connect Google Calendar" and complete the authentication.
Try forcing a manual refresh:
Make sure you're viewing the correct calendar:
Verify you're looking at the correct date range. Use the calendar navigation to move to the date where your events should appear.
Check if the event exists in Google Calendar:
Calendar connections use tokens that can expire after some time.
How to fix:
Check if you revoked Ralivi's access in your Google account:
If you changed your Google password, reconnect the calendar:
Verify Ralivi has permission to create events:
Events created in Ralivi can take 1-2 minutes to appear in Google Calendar. Wait a few minutes and refresh Google Calendar. If still missing after 5 minutes, contact support.
Events are created in your primary Google Calendar by default. If you have multiple calendars, check your primary calendar in Google Calendar to confirm the event was created.
Some organizations restrict third-party calendar access. If using a work Google account:
Cached data can cause calendar display issues:
Browser extensions can interfere with calendar sync. Try accessing Ralivi in an incognito or private window to rule out extension conflicts.
As a last resort, completely reset the connection:
